Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de s\u2019inscrire, nous nous adaptons aux d\u00e9sirs de chacun. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les infos que je dispose il peut y avoir des nouveaux en d\u00e9couverte du standard greenland roll principalement. Je propose donc rdv vers 10H00 \u00e0 l\u2019antenne nautique rue des Courlis, et pour les d\u00e9butants la matin\u00e9e consacr\u00e9e aux exercices au sol pour bien comprendre les mouvements du corps \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir. Pique-nique sur place vers midi, puis application sur et dans l\u2019eau l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience nous montre qu\u2019aux alentours de 16H30-17H00 max il n\u2019y a plus beaucoup de combattants. La m\u00e9t\u00e9o dicte bien sur sa loi, confirmation le jeudi 24; par mail. BM 9h55, PM 16h14 coefficient : 95. Pr\u00e9voir bien sur, des combinaisons n\u00e9opr\u00e8nes ou s\u00e8ches, sa pagaie groenlandaise, cagoule, masque, pince-nez etc. En soir\u00e9e \u00e0 20h30 \u00e0 la salle polyvalente rue Principale avec l\u2019association l\u2019\u00cele aux id\u00e9es je propose la vid\u00e9o de notre rando kayak au Groenland \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2018 (1H15). Entr\u00e9e libre.
