La s\u00e9ance d\u00e9bute, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tale de pleine mer, par petits coefficients, le temps passant, le courant augmente au fur et \u00e0 mesure, permettant de le prendre tranquillement en compte. Si il y a trop de courant, il est temps de rentrer!<\/p><p>Autre entra\u00eenement, le travail des d\u00e9placements lat\u00e9raux, avec en plus la synchro entre 2 kayaks.<\/p><p>Et dernier chose, entrer et sortir de son kayak plus ou moins debout.<\/p><p>Tout cela est \u00e0 voir sur les vid\u00e9os suivantes.
