Pour la nouvelle \u00e9quipe en Brooks dont certains ne sont pas tr\u00e8s satisfait du serrage de la jupe et les anciens, \u00e7a peut servir, voici un noeud facile a r\u00e9aliser, en bout 4 mm sur les \u00e9lastiques de jupe, et bout 3 voir 2 sur les cordons de cagoule. Attention \u00e0 ne pas serrer trop fort sinon \u00e7a ne coulisse plus, une fois ajust\u00e9, il ne se desserre pas ensuite. Araser au fer chaud. Pas cher, tr\u00e8s efficace. Je ne connais pas son nom, c\u2019est comme un noeud plat avec une boucle par dessus.<\/p>
