Toujours comme nous aussi, il a le r\u00e9flexe d&rsquo;aller sur l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re. Pas facile de supprimer ce genre de r\u00e9flexe. C&rsquo;est \u00e9galement plus difficile de se plier sur l&rsquo;avant, plut\u00f4t que de se d\u00e9plier sur l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re.<\/p><p>J&rsquo;ai aussi tent\u00e9 le hand roll poings ferm\u00e9s, mais sans succ\u00e8s.
