RDV environ 9H30, 10H00<\/strong> \u00e9chauffement, d\u00e9corticage du mouvement \u00e0 terre le matin, exercices explicatifs d\u2019apprentissages. Apr\u00e8s-midi sur l\u2019eau, la PM \u00e9tant \u00e0 14H35 coef 77, cela nous permet de trouver, en fonction de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, un abris quel que soit la situation. Je ne souhaite pas passer des heures dans l\u2019eau en assistance a cette \u00e9poque de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, mais du kayak, voil\u00e0 pourquoi la maitrise d\u2019un roll quel qui soit est n\u00e9cessaire pour suivre ce stage.
