Stage Organis\u00e9 \u00e0 la demande du club de kayak de Granville les 13, 14 et 15 juin 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13 adh\u00e9rents auxquels se sont rajout\u00e9s 2 personnes de Caen. Stage anim\u00e9 par Isabelle, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Tribot et Denis Launay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le contenu \u00e9tait le suivant : \u00e9chauffement, technique d’esquimautage au sol puis techniques de pagaie les matins. Esquimautages en bin\u00f4me les apr\u00e8s midi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La majorit\u00e9 des participants, adeptes de la pagaie europ\u00e9enne, ont trouv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant et surprenant l’esquimautage et la technique de pagaie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certains se sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9inscrits pour approfondir la technique lors des prochains regroupements \u00e0 l’\u00eele Tudy et \u00e0 Plougrescant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
